At ZYVORA Recovery Science (“ZYVORA”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we occasionally offer promotional campaigns, discount codes, coupons, free gifts, and special offers to provide additional value to our customers.

Unauthorised publication of affiliate coupon codes on coupon aggregation or deal websites may result in deactivation of the code and other appropriate action.

10. Promotional Abuse

ZYVORA reserves the right to cancel any order, revoke promotional benefits, or suspend customer accounts where promotional abuse is suspected, including but not limited to:

  • Creation of multiple customer accounts.
  • Duplicate orders intended to exploit promotions.
  • Manipulation of referral or affiliate programs.
  • Misuse of coupon codes.
  • Automated purchasing.
  • Fraudulent payment methods.
  • Any activity intended to unfairly obtain promotional benefits.
11. Order Cancellation & Refunds

If an order placed using a promotional offer is cancelled, returned, or refunded:

  • The promotional discount may not be reinstated.
  • Expired coupon codes will not be reissued.
  • Free gifts associated with the promotion may need to be returned.
  • Refund amounts will be calculated based on the amount actually paid after discounts, not the original listed price.
12. Pricing Errors

In the event of:

  • Incorrect pricing,
  • Technical errors,
  • System glitches,
  • Incorrect promotional discounts,

ZYVORA reserves the right to:

  • Cancel the affected order,
  • Correct the pricing,
  • Withdraw the promotion, or
  • Issue a full refund where applicable.
13. Promotional Availability

Promotions may end earlier than advertised if:

  • Fraudulent activity is detected.
  • Business or operational requirements necessitate early termination.
14. No Cash Value

Coupons, promotional credits, discounts, and free gifts:

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Cannot be redeemed for monetary value.
  • Cannot be transferred unless expressly permitted by ZYVORA.
15. Modification of Promotions

ZYVORA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

Such changes will not affect orders already completed unless required to address fraud, technical errors, or legal obligations.

16. Limitation of Liability

ZYVORA shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damages resulting from:

  • Technical failures during redemption.
  • Unauthorised use of coupon codes.
  • Third-party publication of promotional offers.
  • Website downtime affecting promotions.

Nothing in this section limits any rights available to consumers under applicable law.

17. Governing Law

These Promotions & Coupon Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ernakulam, Kerala, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
