Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the ZYVORA Recovery Science Affiliate Program (“Affiliate Program”). These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation as an affiliate of ZYVORA Recovery Science (“ZYVORA”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By applying to or participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with this Agreement.

1. Eligibility

To participate in the ZYVORA Affiliate Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Provide accurate registration information.
  • Own or manage a legitimate website, blog, social media account, community, or other promotional platform.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Accept these Terms & Conditions.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Affiliate Program.

ZYVORA reserves the absolute right to approve or reject any application without providing a reason.

2. Affiliate Account

Affiliates are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate account information.
  • Keeping login credentials confidential.
  • Providing valid payment details.
  • Ensuring compliance with these Terms.

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your affiliate account.

3. Affiliate Links

Upon approval, you will receive a unique affiliate tracking link and/or promotional coupon code.

Commissions are earned only when purchases are successfully tracked using your assigned affiliate link or approved coupon code.

ZYVORA is not responsible for commissions lost due to:

  • Incorrect link usage
  • Browser cookie restrictions
  • Ad blockers
  • Customer device settings
  • Expired cookies
  • Technical issues beyond our reasonable control
4. Commission Structure

Commission rates are determined solely by ZYVORA and may vary depending on:

  • Product category
  • Promotional campaign
  • Seasonal offers
  • Special incentives
  • Affiliate performance

Current commission rates are displayed within your Affiliate Dashboard or communicated separately.

ZYVORA reserves the right to modify commission rates at any time.

Changes will apply prospectively and will not affect commissions already approved.

5. Qualifying Sales

A qualifying sale is an order that:

  • Is successfully tracked.
  • Has been fully paid.
  • Is not cancelled.
  • Is not refunded.
  • Is not fraudulent.
  • Has completed the applicable approval period.

Only qualifying sales are eligible for commission.

6. Commission Approval

Commissions remain pending until:

  • Payment is successfully received.
  • The applicable return/refund period has expired.
  • Fraud screening is completed.

ZYVORA reserves the right to reject or reverse commissions arising from:

  • Cancelled orders
  • Refunded orders
  • Chargebacks
  • Payment disputes
  • Fraudulent transactions
  • Duplicate orders
  • Self-referrals
  • Violations of this Agreement
7. Payouts

Approved commissions are paid according to ZYVORA’s payout schedule.

Payouts may be made via approved payment methods such as:

  • UPI
  • Bank Transfer
  • Other approved payment methods

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payment information remains accurate.

ZYVORA is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment details.

8. Taxes

Affiliates are solely responsible for:

  • Income tax
  • GST (where applicable)
  • Other statutory obligations
  • Financial reporting related to affiliate earnings

ZYVORA does not provide tax advice.

9. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

  • Make false or misleading claims about ZYVORA products.
  • Guarantee medical results or cures.
  • Make claims prohibited under applicable cosmetic or advertising laws.
  • Use spam emails or unsolicited messages.
  • Purchase ads using the “ZYVORA” brand name or confusingly similar keywords without written permission.
  • Create fake social media accounts representing ZYVORA.
  • Engage in cookie stuffing.
  • Use malware or deceptive software.
  • Generate fake orders.
  • Encourage fraudulent purchases.
  • Misrepresent discounts or promotions.
  • Publish offensive, illegal, defamatory, or misleading content.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination.

10. Self-Referrals

Affiliates may not earn commissions on purchases made for:

  • Their own personal use.
  • Their household members.
  • Accounts under their control.
  • Orders placed using their own affiliate link or coupon code.

ZYVORA reserves the right to cancel such commissions.

11. Coupon Codes

If an affiliate is assigned a promotional coupon:

  • It may only be promoted as authorized.
  • It must not be advertised on coupon aggregation websites without written approval.
  • It must not be represented as a permanent discount unless officially announced.

Unauthorized coupon distribution may result in commission reversal or account termination.

12. Brand Guidelines

Affiliates may use approved ZYVORA marketing materials only.

You may not:

  • Modify the ZYVORA logo.
  • Alter product images.
  • Create misleading advertisements.
  • Impersonate ZYVORA.
  • Register domains or social media usernames containing “ZYVORA” without written permission.

All brand assets remain the exclusive property of ZYVORA.

13. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, product names, graphics, promotional materials, and website content remain the exclusive intellectual property of ZYVORA.

Participation in the Affiliate Program does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

14. Affiliate Conduct

Affiliates are expected to conduct themselves professionally and ethically.

Any activity that harms the reputation of ZYVORA, misleads customers, or violates applicable laws may result in suspension or termination.

15. Termination

ZYVORA may suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Brand misuse
  • False advertising
  • Abuse of the Affiliate Program
  • Inactivity
  • Legal or regulatory concerns

Termination may result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions obtained in violation of this Agreement.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZYVORA shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of business opportunities
  • Technical interruptions
  • Tracking failures
  • Delayed payouts caused by third parties
  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program
17. Changes to the Affiliate Program

ZYVORA reserves the right to:

  • Modify commission structures.
  • Update promotional materials.
  • Change payout schedules.
  • Introduce new rules.
  • Suspend or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time.

Changes become effective once published on our website or communicated through official channels.

18. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the Affiliate Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ernakulam, Kerala, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
