7. Incorrect Products
If you receive an item different from what you ordered:
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
After verification, we will arrange for the incorrect item to be collected (where applicable) and send the correct product at no additional cost.
8. Missing Items
If your package is missing one or more products, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
