We offer a 60-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

You may request a return, refund, or exchange within 60 days if:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item arrived damaged, leaked, broken, or defective.
  • You received an incomplete order.
  • You are not satisfied with the product for any genuine reason.

For Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, leaked, or wrong item, you do not need to return the product in most cases.

Please share:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or video of the product
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Once verified, we may offer a refund, replacement, or exchange.

For Unused or Unopened Products

Unused or unopened products must be:

  • Returned within 7 days of delivery
  • In their original packaging
  • Unused, unopened, and in sellable condition
  • Returned with all labels, seals, and accessories, if applicable

For Products That Did Not Suit Your Skin

We understand that skincare and personal care products may work differently for each person.

If a product does not suit your skin, you may request a return or refund within the 60-day period. Partially used products may be accepted, subject to review and approval by our support team.

  • Order number
  • Full name used for the order
  • Product name
  • Reason for return, refund, or exchange
  • Photos or videos, if the item is damaged, defective, leaked, or incorrect

Our support team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with the next steps.

  1. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds may be issued through:

  • Original payment method, where applicable
  • Bank transfer
  • UPI
  • Wallet or payment method approved by our support team

Please note that bank transfers, UPI refunds, or payment gateway refunds may take an additional 2–3 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

You will receive a confirmation message once your refund has been processed.

  1. Exchanges and Replacements

If you would like to exchange a product for another item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

We may provide a replacement or exchange if:

  • The product received was damaged or defective.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product did not suit your skin.
  • You wish to replace it with another eligible product.

If the exchange is approved, we will guide you through the process. In cases where the issue was caused by ZYVORA, the replacement may be shipped at no additional cost.

  1. Return Shipping

Return shipping instructions will be provided after your return request is approved.

Return shipping charges may vary depending on the reason for return:

  • If the item is damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete, ZYVORA may cover the return or replacement shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to personal preference or change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products returned after 60 days from the delivery date
  • Gift cards
  • Products purchased under final sale or clearance offers, where clearly mentioned
  • Products that are fully used or empty
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or negligence
  • Products without proof of purchase or order confirmation
  1. Order Cancellation

You may request order cancellation before the order is shipped.

Once the order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. However, you may still request a return or refund after receiving the product, subject to this policy.

  1. Skin Sensitivity Disclaimer

ZYVORA products are carefully developed for quality and customer satisfaction. However, individual skin types and sensitivities may vary.

We recommend doing a patch test before using any skincare, cosmetic, hygiene, or personal care product. If irritation, redness, itching, or discomfort occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if required.

This does not affect your right to request a return or refund under our 60-day return policy.
